1. Use of the Service

2. Intellectual Property

2.1  Ownership:

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Evalant Media and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Evalant Media.

2.2  Project Ownership Transfer:

Ownership of the designs, artwork, and any other project deliverables created by Evalant Media will be transferred to the client upon full payment of all outstanding invoices related to the project. Until payment is received, Evalant Media retains all rights and ownership of the project deliverables.

2.3  Restrictions:

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as follows:
